DavCon Services LLC was founded in 2020, but the story behind it goes back much further. Growing up in a construction‑based family, David spent his childhood and early adulthood on job sites, learning the industry from the ground up. His father and other family members ran a construction company, and that early exposure shaped a lifelong passion for building, problem‑solving, and hands‑on craftsmanship.

With more than 15 years of experience across excavation, foundations, framing, roofing, drywall, painting, flooring, and full interior remodels, David built DavCon Services on a foundation of skill, integrity, and a deep respect for the trades. Today, the company specializes in general contracting, framing, interior remodels, and high‑quality interior finishes for commercial clients across West–Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana.
