Georgetown- Multi-Purpose Building to Storage Garage
This project focused on enhancing functionality and accessibility. It involved addressing minor repairs, installing new outlets and updated lighting, and upgrading the heating supply for improved comfort. An entire 2nd Floor was removed to open the area up for eventual vehicle lifts and storage shelving. Additionally, a new ADA-accessible bathroom was constructed to meet accessibility standards, demonstrating a commitment to thoughtful and inclusive design.

We successfully transformed the workspace by removing unnecessary office space and expanding the garage area, allowing the owner to accommodate three times more than before. Additionally, we installed new drainage for a wash bay, ensuring efficient detailing and cleaning of vehicles before and after the application of CeramicPro Ceramic finishes. This enhancement not only maximizes functionality but also elevates the overall service quality.

Walmart Flooring Polish- Marquette, MI
This project involved transforming the flooring at Marquette, MI Walmart with a modified polish process. The scope included removing existing carpet tiles, grinding the surface to prepare it, and performing a multi-step polish to achieve a durable and refined finish tailored to the location's needs.
